By commissioning me or purchasing from me you agree and have read all the below listed terms. Adopting Design terms included.
———READ ALL BELOW————By paying off your commission slot, you have agreed to these terms of which I work under. This is to protect both the Artist and Client. Please be sure to look over it!Any artist’s style changes and grows with time, before commissioning me, please remind yourself of my artwork. If you have questions about my abilities please ask!I have the right to refuse any commission.All payment are in USD and will be expected before I begin.I heavily prefer Venmo or Cashapp over PayPal, but will accept it if it’s the only way for you to pay.Please let me know what name I will be receiving funds from so there is no confusion. I know most of us don’t have our proper names on banking apps due to it following legal names. Mine is too, just let me know!I will only accept a refund up until the sketch is finished, afterwards I will refuse unless in special situations. The most I can give back is 75% in those cases as I have already put time if not hours into the pieces already. Emergencies absolutely happen but remember Artist aren’t banks.Please understand that I am a human being and that being said, I may have things happen within my life that may delay your artwork. If this happens, it will be communicated with you the first chance I get.It is not my responsibility to track you down if you move/delete your account I communicate with you through. I will try my hardest to make sure you get your product but it’s expected you’ll reach out to me if anything changes — If you do not contact me back, I cannot finish your commission or refund you.If a refund is pulled when the product isn’t done (and hasn’t been discussed) you will be blacklisted and unable to commission/purchase from me or my shop anymore as well as a possible buyer beware. This heavily goes for any stunts pulled after the product is received. Legal action may be taken. This is my business.Do not modify my artwork, if you need anything adjusted, I may be able to even a bit later (especially if it’s a mistake from me!)I am personally fine with you tracing and referencing my artwork BUT ONLY TO LEARN NOT EARN.DO NOT publish/claim my work as your own, heavily reference with intent to profit or profiting off it.I must be credited if posting anything heavily referencing/tracing my artwork.I refuse to do anything that promotes hate. Homophobia, transphobia, racism, xenophobia, etc. and will not be tolerated.When commissioning a custom piece from me, I now state a rule of three major changes before an up charge. This may be asked as well if an interruptive amount of minor changes are done.I do both NSFW and SFW artwork in general. If you are uncomfortable with that, I suggest looking elsewhere.THANK YOU!
——————————————————You have the right to request for your artwork not to be published or for your user not to be mentioned within, if not mentioned, I will most likely do so and tag you in it.Different mediums take different lengths of time - digital tends to be the quickest.If digital, your finished product will be sent through email for the best quality from my work email: [email protected].I cannot be responsible for damaged or missing mail with shipped out artwork caused by the Postal. It’s extremely unfortunate and I try to take the furthest measures to keep your product safe by providing tracking, insuring it, and packing it safely.I DO NOT work with deadlines, unless I allow it in very special cases!! If you’d like artwork for say, Halloween, make sure to commission me a few weeks before to make sure that you’d get it by thenFinally, I will be happy to send you a wip(work in progress) anytime! If you’d like changes let me know please. It’s your job to communicate your wants- you’re paying for this and I want you to be a satisfied costumer!

The owner is allowed to make changes to the design but not distort it completely from its original concept.
Please credit me for the original concept!Unless agreed upon otherwise, the owner may trade and sell the design after a week of ownershipWhen selling, the owner may not sell it for more than previously bought unless added to. This is to prevent buying and turning around selling for a profit in which takes from me and other artist I may work with. Fursuits, artwork, figures, stories, etc all adds worth to the design.Whoever owns the design has to credit the concept/design to myself or co-creator when creating a display for said design (ie: refsheet/Toyhouse)The owner of the design is more than welcome and even encouraged to create artwork outside the digital realm such as fursuits, premades, figures, painting and more! I’d love to see! <3
